[cisco-voip] cisco provisioning tool - comments?

We gave up on Voice Provisioning Tool with CCM 4.1... may look into it 
again after upgrading to 6.1 (this winter).

It felt clunky and kind of defined a workflow that we weren't wanting. 
I'm sure it's configurable but the learning curve for setup was steep 
and documentation didn't help much.
