Are you making changes to existing users?

 

Go into the Job Scheduler and select the job you ran. See if there are
any errors.

Subject: [cisco-voip] BAT configuration problem

 

Dear all,

i have CUCM version 6.0.1.3000-7. I create a  CSV file. by using  BAT
spreadsheet  .  then i Creat a New BAT User Template and  i  Insert
Users to CCM and i associate the CSV file to the template then i check
the Run Immediately radio button then i press submit , but i'm not   
 able to see those changes reflected to the CCM users,

please help me to solve this problem.
