Hi all
I am facing a problem related to FXO disconnect (busy tone) from the telco side , the port is always in CONNECT state even after the caller from the PSTN seizes the call (hung up
). so we have to reset the port (shut, no shut) .
I have tried all the parameters regarding the FXO port configuration of supervisory discconet anf time out , i think it's time for cisco TAC :):) .
but some search guides me so i can cutomize PSTN Tones and h.323 disconnect cause codes
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4t/12_4t11/htcause.html
any one have try this before and it was succesfuly solve his disconnect problem.
what is q.850 signalling ( is it something like q.931 or it's related to SS7 subscriber signalling ?
can we do something so the absense of RTP or RTCP cause the port to discconect (FXO) ?
any ideas
thanks
Moataz
.
