[cisco-voip] Meeting place integration with outlook integration

Hey all,

With the outlook integration, how can I modify the url information that 
is sent in the emails (to the would be attendees).

Right now, an IP address is sent in the url, I'd like to know if I can 
modify this to a DNS name somewhere (or does it go back to the 
installation of the meetingplace - where it asks for an ip address or a 
host name...?).

i.e.

*TO ATTEND THE WEB CONFERENCE AND THEN JOIN WITH AUDIO:*
