[cisco-voip] IPCC Express upgrade

Mohammed,

There is no upgrade path to speak of from v4 to 5. You must reinstall the
server from scratch and re-provision everything. I recommend taking a lot of
screenshots of your version 4 configurations and make backups of all your
scripts and prompts.
