It does not exist in 5.x, only in 6.0 and above.

I know this is possible with CCM 6.1.2. I don't have a 5.1 box around
to test with.

For it to work, you have to be able to associate a DN with an CCM
end-user via the associate button at the bottom of the DN page. I just
can't recall if this exists on 5.1.3.

sounds like you may need an upgrade.

That's what I was afraid of. Sadly, one line per phone isn't going to be
an option, as these second lines are involved in a hunt list that the
primary extensions can't be part of. Thanks for the quick response
though!

This is not possible. Your best way to avoid this is to only allow one
line per phone and extend the number of calls that are possible.

Is there any way to get CUPC to display your status as "On the
Phone" when you're using a secondary line, rather than what is set as
your Primary Extension? So far I've been unable to figure out any way to
do this, using CCM 5.1.3, CUPS 6.0.4 and CUPC 7.0.1.
