On your serial interface, add the following:

no isdn outgoing ie redirecting-number

Let me know if this helps.

Hmmmm,

I changed the config to include the translation

But still when I called forward I get a fast busy.

The redirecting number still reports as 1700…

voice translation-profile expand

 translate called 10

voice translation-rule 10

 rule 1 /^1700/ /XXXXXX1700/

dial-peer voice 1 pots

 translation-profile incoming MainLine

 incoming called-number .

 direct-inward-dial

 port 0/3/0:23

dial-peer voice 10 pots

 description 91... Via PRI

 translation-profile outgoing expand

 preference 1

 destination-pattern 91..........

 port 0/3/0:23

 forward-digits 11

You can create a translation, it would go something like this

Voice translation-rule 10

Rule 1 /^1700/ /2055551700/

Voice translation-profile expand

Translate calling expand

Dial-peer 10 pots

Destination-pattern 9T

Direct-inward-dial

Translation-profile outgoing expand

Port 0/0:23

When I forward lines on my pri to any number apart from a 1866 number it works.

I have engaged the telco and they see the same error and do not know why it is rejecting the call. They have asked me to change the redirecting number from 1700 to the full number.

But I do not know where to do that.

Can anyone shed some light for me ?
