[cisco-voip] Publisher - Subscriber syncing

Couple places to look.  RTMT under CM --> Service --> DB summary.  Make sure
both servers  show a replication status of 2

you can also look under CM Reports --> System reports --> DB status and run
the report.

make sure that under db status all servers are listed and they show a 2 --
good status.
