[cisco-voip] After Hours Calls

You could try a hunt group for after hours # with 4 extensions in the hunt group that have mobility enabled.
Then dump to VM box if no one answers, send email, page, or however you want to handle it.
The hunt group will give you options for selecting order (top down, broadcast, etc.).
Never tried the hunt group with mobility extension but could be a possibility.

The problem might be when the first person's voicemail picks up.
CallManager 6x has Mobility built-in but it rings them all at same time.
Could also do a IPCC script.

Outside of Cisco products I would recommend TelAlert. I've used it in
the past, it tells the recipient to enter dtmf digit (You have an alert
please 4221 to hear your alert, press 1 to acknowledge, etc). It can
also handle escalations with multiple media, two-way sms, etc. Very
smart product.
I had TelAlert integrated with HP OpenView Network Node Manager for
outage alerts.

I am looking to set up an after work emergency number extension. I
basically want someone to be able to dial one extension and then have it
call (to cell phones) 4 separate people in order until someone answers.
Has anyone done anything like this before?
