Assuming the old server is still available, sure, just run the Unity
Uninstall utility on the old server:

If it is gone, then you're on your own to clean up AD. Basically,
other than the default system accounts (Unity_<servername>, UsBms,
Eadmin, etc), you need to delete the location object created (In the
Unity container under the root, by default) by that server. Once that
is gone, the other server(s) will pick up the change and remove it
from SQL.
