[cisco-voip] Node Licenses

Hi,

this may be a noob question, but I can't find the answer:

When expanding an existing (CUCM 6.x) cluster with additional servers,  
where do you get your node licenses from? Do you get it from the PAK,  
that comes with the servers, or do you need to purchase node licenses  
separately?
