[cisco-voip] disconnect supervision

Hi

I have VIC2-4FXO card in the 3825 router. I have the same very old FXO
disconnect issue. I have also done the configuration for the disconnect
supervision but no luck. my question is - is there any specific region
configuration for the disconnect supervision.? i am located at dubai.....

Also I do not see any caller id coming in inspite i have the caller-d enable
command......

i suspect some configuration for the fxo ports specific to the region or
country

help will be much appreciated
