No, these are external calls.  We only want to do this on a select few
phones (7940) not the whole office either.

Try firing one or two of them based on that, and I bet the problem would
go away....

Is there an easy way to block some phones from showing the caller ID of
incoming calls?  We have some folks in customer service who are letting
some calls go to voicemail based on the callerID... and Management wants
to block all of their Caller ID on all of their incoming calls.
