[cisco-voip] QRT: questions/troubleshooting

I have a costumer with 4 clusters, all 4 clusters use QRT, one of the clusters when you hit the QRT to log an event, nothing happens, the other 3 clusters working perfectly.  I have looked at the configuration and they seem to match the other clusters, even restart the Cisco Extended Functions services and still nothing.  Anyone ever run into this?
