[cisco-voip] PRI Failover

One would *think* if the two PRIs are in a route group, they would failover without issue. One quick way to test this out is to shutdown one of the PRIs and make a quick call...assuming they're not in current use.

If you're using H.323 and you have a dial-peer for each PRI
in successive priorities, the calls should failover to the functional PRI.

I am hoping this is the case but am unsure. If I have 2 PRIs
in a route group and one goes down (D-channel is reflected as down on router)
will CCM automatically send calls to the second PRI or does this require manual
intervention?
