[cisco-voip] IP Communicator Version 7.0.2 and ASA Phone Proxy - Is it supposed to work ?

pure guess here:
Did your CIPC get a certificate? All recent hard phones have MICs,
manufacturer installed certificates. Since CIPC is software I suspect
you will need to do some type of cert install via capf for it:
