[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1 or 7 Publisher IP address change

Thanks Jason and Adam, Jason did you change the IP Address for the Pub or
Sub. AFAIK we won't be changing the hostname just the IP address so
hopefully shouldnt hit those bugs.
