[cisco-voip] BIOS message saying Wrong Clock Speed

known issue, IBM did not configure your motherboard properly for Cisco 
deployment:
CSCse53474    IBM 7815I1 or 7825I1 fails hardware check during reboot.

Did you RMA the motherboard at any point?
