I'm using 8172224401 as calling number

voice translation-rule 10
rule 1 reject /^8172224401$/
rule 2 reject /^18172224401$/

voice translation-profile BLOCK
translate calling 10
dial-peer voice 1 pots
call-block translation-profile incoming BLOCK
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
