[cisco-voip] Cisco AC phone status issue

Hi Guys,
 
I am using Cisco AC with CUCM 6.1.3. The problem is, the reception is not able to see the phone user's status under the corporate directory while looking for someone. It is always? mark instead of phone status in attendant console. Any idea?
