[cisco-voip] unity connection 7: transfer rules and "screen this call"

How about CSCsu89100 - "Cannot set Call Screening in PCTR rules if Alt
Rule doesn't have screening" ?

In addition to the COS settings and the screening options in PCA,
you'll need to enable screening on the user's alternate transfer rule
as a workaround.
