I must configure prefix digits in CCM?
No need since the user is dialing 0 then the number.

dial-peer in voicegatewayB?
Is this a gateway registered to a GK? Why would CCM use this as a path to
get to the GK?

new zone prefix in GK? How can I do?
Add this command

zone prefix GK 0
