[cisco-voip] MWI Request Pending ON

We had this happen two weeks ago, and we resolved it by:
1) Going into the Unity Diagnostic tools and using DOHPropTest
2) Opening MailUsers-> kstallcop-> AVP_SWITCH_ID and making sure the value for that user matches the Integration ID in the Telephone Integration Manager-> Properties for the Unity Server
3) Once those two IDs match we did a full resync and everything worked again.

CallManager 6.1 Unity 5.0

Unity states it's on ON.

Checked CSS, no issue.

As for Event Viewer I do see this, which is still happening for two users.

Event Type:	Warning
Event Source:	CiscoUnity_Notifier
Event Category:	Run
Event ID:	1008
Date: 2/18/2009
Time: 4:04:19 PM
User: N/A
Computer:	SWUNITY01P
Description:
Received message event eNOTIFYQ_ACTION_MSG_NEW [2] on NotifyQ for user
cn=kstallcop,cn=Recipients,OU=YORK,O=York Insurance Services Group who
is not monitored. No MWI or notifications will occur for this user.
To correct, perform a resync of all mailusers with UTIM: go to the
Properties tab of your integration and press the Resynchronize button.

Thanks,
Steven
