[cisco-voip] BIOS message saying Wrong Clock Speed

That is a very good question and should be addressed within your TAC 
case.  I don't see this previously mentioned in the case ;-).

I also don't see where this information reached you:

The 1st thing to try is the following:
 >     - CLI 'utils system shutdown'
 >     - literally pull the power cord from the server
 >     - press and hold for 10 seconds the power on button on the front
 > panel (this drains capacitors)
 >     - plug the power cord back in
 >     - press and release the power button
 >     - note whether the clock speed adjusted correctly (watch screen
 > during boot or enter BIOS & view)


2nd:
Pulling the plug to drain the capacitors has worked about 80% of the
time for our lab (note: not the same as boot as pulling the plug is
imperative).
