[cisco-voip] Broadcast Message

Question or comment? :)

There are 3rd party products (Berbee InformaCast, among others) that will
let you do either or.  No built-in feature will give you these abilities
(intercom features are built in, but not sure how well that would work to do
intercom to multiple phones simultaneously)
