Correct but the default load still says CP7921G-1.0.4 which is the file name that I used for a USB update.

I'm assuming you uploaded the file on the pub and TFTP servers? I also assume the default load for the 7921 is now the new 1.3.2 sccp load right?

Guys,

I am trying to get new firmware for 7921G wireless phones to load via TFTP load. I have downloaded the file cmterm-7921-sccp.1-3-2.cop.sgn and uploaded that file from OS Admin/Upload TFTP server file. Once I uploaded the file I restarted the TFTP service on all the boxes. Now the phone I have says firmware upload failed.

Any advice?
