[cisco-voip] Clearing/Resetting FXO Ports

I dunno about from the CLI but usually if you unplug the RJ11 plugs from the card it resets the state.

How does one clear/reset the ports on a VIC2-FXO card?  Does just shutting
them down and bring them back up again to the trick or is there a "clear"
command that will reset them?
