[cisco-voip] Missing agents on Historical Reports when looking at *all*

Had this brought to my attention this morning... earlier in the week we had some new hires start, a group of 5 of them.  When we run any agent report out of CRS Historical Reports for ALL of our agents they do not appear in the data, save for the last user added.  When we run the same report looking for only these 5 agents we see all the data we would expect.  I made sure everything was running correctly and synchronized and I have no explanation for this.  Anyone have any ideas?

We're running IPCCX 4.0(5) and our CRS Historical is at 4.0(5.4).
