They stay there forever, until manually deleted.

Subject: [cisco-voip] how long will phone stay in CUCM

Hi,

If you connect a phone (79xx) to a CallManager, configure it and use
it say for a few days.......then disconnect it. Will the phone details
eventually be deleted from the database or will it stay there
indefinite?

Basically, i want to prepare a DR site and was wondering if i should
pre-configure a bunch of phones and leave them at the DR site untill
disaster strikes?

thnx
charl
