Scott - thanks, any idea as to why it would only effect the users who are on call agents and not all callers, if it a problem at the gateway? The static is what concerns me the most at the moment.

  it sounds like you have multiple issues.

  IPCC disconnect I would start with checking Codec mismatches.

  Static I would start looking at the GW.

  CM / Unity lock ups I would check TSP versions.

    Not sure if this is related to the gateway or AA or what, but any callers using IPCC are hearing heavy static followed by a disconnect. Unity Connection is handling the AA. I also have voice ports locking up between CCM and Unity that won't reconnect after I perform a Restart from the PUB.
