[cisco-voip] Transfer Options in Unity 7.0.2

I just installed a new Unity system with failover and the default
mailboxes give the users the ability to change their "transfer options".
This clearly seems intended for all the options that Call Manager 6 and
7 have, but we're not there quite yet.  Is there any way to remove it
from their menus?
