[cisco-voip] Graceful Shutdown in 6.1 when UPS?

Curious about H3..isn't too extreme but recently had a customer whose
server went down because the UPS went down and then they lost config
and weren't doing DRS..they were actually using CUCBE and 7828..just a
mess..
