[cisco-voip] License Avialable with upgrading 4.1/4.2 to 6.1(2)

Dear All

Regarding the above subject , i am really confused about the licensing @ Cisco , when you upgrade you got a PAK which is CM4.1/4.2 - 6.1(2) 7825 , i usually use this to get a license file from cisco . while i use the licupgrade.lic for Nodes and DLUs which i got after succesful upgrade to 6.1

sometimes i have to use these files ( usually when the call manager service could not start)
but another time , there 's no need for them .
