If you have no idea what I'm asking about, then it's time to call TAC. I
don't think anyone wants to waste their time trying to explain the basics to
you. No offense intended - you just don't know your way around the system
yet.

Hello,

I'm sorry, I did not mean to speak about a problem in a vague way but I just
have no idea...

We have not changed anything recently, it's just happen.

What do you mean "what sort of circuits?"?

We are using MGCP from voice gateway to CallManager. And it's happen a whole
day. (It's not all call dropped, but the number of drop call are many)

Thanks,

Thar be GREMLINS in yer system!!! Quick, go call an exorcist!

Ok, now if you want a real answer, why not provide some real details?
Besides your version of CCM, you couldn't have been more vague.

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the system?
What sort of circuits are you using?
What protocol are you using?
Does this happen at a particular time of day?

If you're not willing to give any of these details or have no idea how to
give us this information, it's really time to call TAC instead of speaking
about a problem in a very vague way and expecting people to help you.

Hi
all,

Recently
we're experiencing lots of call drop. We are using CallManager 4.2.

Does
anyone know what could be the reason for this issue?

Thanks,
