[cisco-voip] vmware specs for CUCM

You'll need at least 1GB (ram) and 72GB (disk) to install UCM (and most
other cisco products..)
ESXi runs with less overhead than workstation (no host overhead).

Make sure to select Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 for the VM type when
installing a Linux based appliance.
