[cisco-voip] CUE in SRST

Not sure what you mean by CCM licenses and connecting via dial-peers. 

When we ordered CUE, we ordered the wrong licenses, so we just downloaded the CCM files, wrote over the CCME files and everything went fine after that. 

I'm not sure if the SIP ports take up SRST licenses.
