[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 7.1 and Media Master control with IE8/FireFox 3.5 ?

I tried to record the greetings from my laptop while logged into Unity
Connection 7.1 but I could not get the Media Master control to appear. I
tried it with Firefox and IE8 and got the same error both times. Pop Ups
are allowed. Any idea why I cannot get the Media Master control bar to
launch?
