[cisco-voip] Directory URL is not reachable in CUCM 7

Hi,
I integrate LDAP with AD option on CUCM 7.0.1 successfully ,However I
couldn't reach Directory URL by browser thus cannot reach it from Phone
Directory key as well.

http://10.0.0.1:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp   (pub add)

DirSync and AXL web service already restarted, but problem remains.
