[cisco-voip] CUCM 6 Phone NTP reference

I've set an NTP server in OS administration, status is available and i can
check the time is correct from the console "utils ntp status"
I've also set phone ntp reference in CUCM and added it to the date/time
group used by the device pool, but the phones are still 2 minuets Ahead of
the NTP box.
Tried restarting the phone, but the time is still wrong. Any advice?..
