It seems to be any externals calls that are coming in. The internal extension for the Call Handler has not had this issue to my knowledge. I tested it 20-30 times this morning and didn't have a problem with it.

Have you been able to pinpoint whether these are internal calls, external calls, mobile phone calls?

We use a Call Handler as our front end prompt for anyone who calls our company, but lately we have been having issues with it. Every 1 out of 6 times the Call Handler plays it will not recognize DTMF and just keeps playing the greeting. We are running Unity 7.0(2) and I have even restarted our Unity server to see if that was the problem. Has anyone run into this issue before?
