We use the Tripp-Lite Keyspan USA 19-HS. They have worked pretty good for us!

Subject: [cisco-voip] USB to RS-232 for router console port
Have you ever found a good USB to RS-232 adapter that doesn't lock up in HyperTerminal/Putty or change Com ports without telling you, etc?
My buddies were talking about the headaches those USB to RS-232 adapters give. They usually program electrical PLCs (programmable logic controls from Allen Bradley) which still have serial interface.
Found any good USB to RS-232 solutions? I found USB driver problems are even worse with x64 than x86.
