[cisco-voip] question on router pattern dial plan

Hi,

I have installed cisco call manager 6.1 with SIP trunking . Actually , when
I'm dialing out to the sip trunk and I always need to add the "#" key at the
end to get fast dial .My dialing plan is simple on my route pattern I have "
00X?"

If somebody can help
