[cisco-voip] auto disconnect on hang-up

The scheme is :

PSTN -> 2821(MFT-E1/T1) ->(via h323) CUCM 6.0

Is there a way to auto-disconnect the calls when the other side from PSTN
hangs-up ? (Like it it when calling from ip phone to ip phone within
cluster)
As for now, users should manually press END softkey on the phones, or they
would hear short disconnect tones in the headset forever.
