[cisco-voip] CDR Date Range

Imagine my surpirse when I went to run a Gateway report, and I got this
error (paraphrasing) Data is available only for dates from April 25, 2006 to
April 28, 2009.

Why is it no longer available?  This is on a H323 gateway, CCM 4.1.3
