[cisco-voip] UCCx 5.0

has anyone seen an issue with appsupervisor not working?  appuser and
appadmin work fine.  how do I troubleshoot that?  I've restarted WWW but
have not done IIS yet.  From what I can remember IIS will stop the clients.
