[cisco-voip] Multiple Clusters

Seems to work just fine, went into  Integration, and added a second cluster,
I did have to remove a couple ports from the original cluster (had all 16
assigned) and then move those two ports to the new cluster.  I made a note
to add the other 14 after roll over.

but so far ...so good....
