[cisco-voip] CCM 7.x meet-me conferencing with ringback possible?

Once the caller is in the meet-me, the receptionist no longer has control and there are no configuration option for meet-me that I know of that would accomplish this feature.

On a customer's wish list is that an operator/receptionist can transfer an internal employee to a meet-me conference bridge and if the external caller doesn't join the meet-me bridge within a specified period of time, have the phone ringback to the operator/receptionist. Is this even possible with CCM 7.x?
