Under telephone settings in OCS, you should set your extension number as Cisco will see it. In OCS, you will need to set your Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt file and provide regular expressions there to help OCS normalize numbers back and forth.

Subject: [cisco-voip] OCS and CUPS Integration
Hi All,
Just a quick question regarding the extension to E.164 mapping in OCS, where is the extension to E.164 mapping configured?
Is it under AD > User Properties > Communication > Telephone Settings?
This is in relation to an issue with incorrect Caller ID being displayed, only the extension number is played and not the full E.164 number?
Thanks.
