[cisco-voip] Unity login procedure change after v4.2.1 note

A while back someone posted that their SE had plainly stated that folks are now encountering a login that forces users to enter a login again as well as a password. (CSCsd16651) It was also posted that the BU wasn't going to change this for *anyone* since this change was apparently made to prevent a security risk. I guess someone or many customers made a lot of complaints because there's an ES to change the behavior back to pre-Unity 4.2.1 where it just asks for the user's password again at an incorrect password.

Just an FYI for any of you that have customers bitching about how they don't like to put in their ID and password again.
