[cisco-voip] Unified Mobile Communicator iPhone 7.1 without a CUMA 7.1 Server

Can I deploy some of the features in Mobile Communicator for iPhone
without having a CUMA server?  For example Visual Voicemail with our
Unity Connection 7.1 box?  I was thinking that the features in CUMA had
been pulled into CallManager 7.1(3) but I see that isn't the case!
